Neil Thapar, founding director of Corfin, came into public relations after 25 years in financial journalism at national and international media as well as a stint as an equity analyst with a London stockbroker. As a journalist he broke major exclusives concerning many global corporates such as BP, BT, Cairn Energy, Logica CMG, ICI, Prudential, Unilever, WPP etc. As investment editor of the Mail on Sunday, Neil wrote the widely read Midas Column for five years.
